Seema Deo, well known for her performances in Anand and Kora Kagaz, died on Thursday morning owing to age-related problems, according to her filmmaker son Abhinay Deo. She was 81 years old.
The actress, who appeared in over 80 Hindi and Marathi films, died in her Bandra home. She had had Alzheimer’s illness for more than three years.
“She died of old age at 8.30-9 a.m. at her Bandra residence.” She had completely withdrawn, and eventually, it was just old age. Alzheimer’s disease causes you to lose your ability to function. She had dementia that progressed to Alzheimer’s and had been suffering from it for more than three years.”
“There was no specific cause for her death.” As a result of Alzheimer’s and dementia, the person forgets how to walk. “The muscle memory starts to decline and one by one, the bodily systems begin to shut down,” Abhinay Deo said to PTI.

She is survived by two sons, Ajinkya and Abhinay Deo, both actors. While Ajinkya Deo has appeared in films like as Sansaar, Indrajeet, and Aan: Men at Work, Abhinay Deo is most recognized for his work as a director on Delhi Belly and Force.
