Delicious sugar-free laddus are made by mixing flour, dates, almonds, cashews, and walnuts. Dates sweeten naturally. Dry fruits contain fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats that benefit diabetes patients.
Kalakand is a Diwali sweet. You can make a sugar-free Kalakand with cardamom, pistachios, and almonds using stevia or erythritol.
People eat oats for breakfast. Grind oats to make a special barfi with milk. Add cardamom and rose fruits as garnish.And dry
Barfi or laddu made from milk and coconut will also flavor a diabetic's Diwali. Consider making rose gulkand to create a filling.
