The brutal act was allegedly performed by a man named Sajid, who was later killed in an encounter with Police.
According to reports, the children, known as Ayush and Honey, were playing on the rooftop of a building when Sajid arrived and waited for the right moment to commit the horrible act. Rakesh Kumar, the Bareilly Inspector-General of Police, alleged that Sajid murdered the children and fled the scene.
