8 Tricky signs of a heart attack

Chest discomfort or pain: This is a common symptom, but it may not always be severe or central. It can also manifest as a feeling of pressure, squeezing, or fullness.

Upper body pain: Pain or discomfort may radiate to the arms (particularly the left arm), shoulders, neck, jaw, or back.
