Kim Jong Un reportedly accepted a car gift from Vladimir Putin, potentially breaching U.N. sanctions.

The exchange highlighted growing ties after their recent meeting, aiming to improve cooperation amid international challenges from Russia and North Korea.

On February 18, the Russian side delivered a vehicle to Kim's aides. Kim's sister thanked Putin, emphasizing the gift's significance in the leaders' special relationship.

Kim has been seen in luxury vehicles, like Mercedes limousines, a Rolls-Royce Phantom, and a Lexus SUV, despite U.N. bans on luxury goods exports to North Korea.

The Kremlin has not confirmed North Korean weapons; North Korea refutes arms shipment accusations to Russia, which would breach U.N. sanctions.

On Tuesday, KCNA reported the return of North Korean party officials from Russia and the departure of three delegations to Russia for IT, fisheries, and sports.
