New information on jogger's abduction

The suspect in the deadly abduction of jogger Eliza Fletcher appeared in court Wednesday to face murder charges.

Cleotha Abston Henderson, 38, was   charged with murder, premeditated murder, and

abduction. Until a bond hearing, a judge ordered him jailed without bail.

"According to the affidavit, officers moved to the back of the premises

and were attracted to a series of stairs immediately north of the rear driveway.
