About 70 crore rupees were spent in making this 32-storey building.

Built on an area of ​​7.5 million square feet Twin Tower cost the builder Rs 933 per square foot.

The cost of a 3BHK apartment in this Twin Tower was around Rs 1.13 crore.

There were about 915 flats in the building, which would have earned the company about Rs 1200 crore.

Even before the twin towers were ready, around 633 flats were booked and the company had collected about Rs 180 crore.

About 20 crore rupees are going to be spent in demolishing the building including the cost of 3700 kg of explosives.

There are two buildings in the twin tower, in which the 32-storey Apex Tower and the 29-storey Cyan Tower will be demolished.

About Rs 4.5 to 5.5 crore will be given by Supertech and remaining Rs 14.5 to 15.5 crore will be recovered by selling the debris.
