Terrible experience getting my CBR250R serviced at Honda Bigwing

I had a troubling experience today at a Honda Authorized Service Center (ASC) involving my CBR 250R ABS motorcycle.

Despite my bike being well-maintained with only 5k kilometers on the odometer and always kept in the shade, I encountered issues.

The trouble began when my bike's cluster stopped working, and the ABS light remained lit (not blinking), possibly due to daily washing by our driver.

Local mechanics refused to work on the bike, and my contacts for superbike repair were too far away, so I opted for the nearby Honda Big Wing ASC.

My nightmare continued as the ASC service resulted in scratches on the headlight assembly, damaged plastic panels, and a scratched new Cluster Assembly.

Despite having photos as evidence of my bike's condition when I handed it over to the ASC, they denied responsibility for the damages.

During a heated argument, they even claimed that since my bike was a discontinued model, no other Honda ASC in Hyderabad would service it.
