The $1.2 billion Powerball jackpot for 11/2/22. The winning numbers included 2, 11, and 22.

The jackpot for Wednesday's drawing was $1.2 billion with a cash option of $596.7 million. It's the second-largest Powerball jackpot

in the game's history. Three of the winning numbers matched the date of the drawing: 11, 2 and 22. A single ticket sold in

Pennsylvania won $202 million on Aug. 3. This Powerball jackpot has rolled over since Aug. 6. The jackpot for Oct. 31, 2022, was $1

billion. However, that drawing rolled over and now the jackpot is $1.2 billion. The red ball number aka the Powerball can be the same

as one of the white balls, which range from 1 to 69. This was likely the first time the number 13 appeared twice in a Powerball

drawing. There was a $1 billion jackpot for Wednesday's drawing. Several winners have won jackpots on holidays, including New

Year's Eve, Christmas and St. Patrick's Day. TCPalm could not find mention of a jackpot on a Halloween drawing. Players have a 1

in 24.9 chance of winning a prize when the advertised jackpot is $40 million. $1.5 billion is not the largest Powerball jackpot in U.S.

history, but it is close. That record was made Jan. 13, 2016, when three tickets in California, Florida and Tennessee split the grand prize of $1.586 billion.
