on Friday, he will open phase I of the Ahmedabad Metro train project and also introduce a number of initiatives totaling Rs 7,200 crore.

At roughly 10.25 am, Modi signaled the Vande Bharat Express to depart from Gandhinagar

Capital. Additionally, he rode the train from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad's Kalupur station.

The ambitious and much anticipated phase one of the Rs 12,925 crore Ahmedabad Metro

project will be officially opened by the prime minister from Kalupur station, according to a state government press release.

Around midday, he is expected to address a sizable crowd at the Doordarshan Centre in Thaltej after boarding a metro train at the Kalupur station, according to the statement.
