The results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG are now available, according to UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar. Today, July 15, 2023, the National Testing Agency, NTA, issued the CUET UG Result 2023. The results of the Common University Entrance Test for UG will be available soon on the NTA CUET website, cuet.samarth.ac.in. This year, a total of 5685 applicants received a perfect score in English. More than 22,000 applicants received a perfect score of 100 percentile in English.
Around 14.90 lakh students took the CUET UG test, which was held in nine parts from May 21 to June 23, 2023, in 387 places throughout India and 24 cities outside India.
The English examination was taken by 71,98,78 pupils. The total number of students enrolled in Hindi is 20,14,39.

In addition to the two topics mentioned above, results for Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, and Tamil were announced.
The answer keys have been made available at https://nta.ac.in and https://cuet.nta.nic.in.
The second version of the entrance test attracted around 11.11 lakh participants.
While 5,685 applicants received a perfect score in English, 4,850 received a perfect score in Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry, and 2,836 received a perfect score in Economics.
“The performance of every candidate has been evaluated using the equi-percentile method, wherein standardized marks of each candidate have been calculated using the percentile scores of each group of students in each session across multiple days for the same subject,” said Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director, National Testing Agency (NTA).
“The NTA’s role is limited to candidate registration, test administration, hosting of answer keys, inviting challenges, finalizing answer keys, preparing and declaring results, and hosting scorecard.”

CUET UG 2023 Result: Marking Scheme
i. The correct or most acceptable answer: 5 points (+5)
ii. Any incorrectly selected choice will be deducted one mark (-1).
iii. Unanswered/Marked for Review questions will receive no credit.
iv. If more than one choice is proven to be accurate, only one will receive five points (+5).
v. those who selected any of the proper selections.
vi. If all alternatives are judged to be right, all individuals who attempted the question will receive five points (+5).
vii. If none of the alternatives are accurate, a question is incorrect, or a question is dropped, all candidates who attempted the dropped question will be granted five (+5) marks.
