Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to error or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

AxpertMedia reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing content.
