The Lamborghini Revuelto, which had its global premiere earlier this year in March, has been priced at Rs 8.89 crore (ex-showroom) in India. With only a few units reserved for India, delivery are set to begin in the coming weeks.
Automobili Lamborghini’s first super sports V12 hybrid plug-in high-performance electric car in India is the Revuelto. The’monofuselage’ chassis, inspired by aeronautics, serves as the foundation for the Lamborghini Revuelto. In addition to a monocoque built entirely of multi-technology carbon fiber, it has a front structure made of forged composites, a particular material comprised of short carbon fibers saturated in resin. It is the first supercar with a front structure made entirely of carbon fiber.
A normally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 mid-mounted engine is paired with three electric motors, one of which is incorporated into the new double-clutch eight-speed transmission. The new L545 engine is Lamborghini’s lightest and most powerful 12-cylinder engine ever, producing 825CV of max power (ICE) and 725Nm of peak torque (ICE).
The combined torque of the internal combustion engine (ICE) and three electric motors provides impressive performance levels, with the engine producing 725Nm and each of the front electric motors producing 350Nm. The combined maximum output of the power unit is 1,015CV. The Lamborghini Revuelto has a peak speed of more than 350kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 2.5 seconds.
The Revuelto has a brand-new human-machine interface system with three displays: a 12.3-inch instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch center display, and a 9.1-inch monitor. The connection with the steering wheel of a Squadra Corse race vehicle influenced the new steering wheel design. Voice commands to Amazon Alexa give access to car control features such as HVAC, navigation, and media.
The Revuelto is outfitted with an advanced driving assistance system (ADAS), which includes active lane departure warning (ALDW), lane change warning (LCW), adaptive cruise control (ACC), and rear cross-traffic alert (RCTA), among other features.
