The fourth season of the Women’s Premier League is all set to begin on January 9, marking the first edition of the tournament after India’s historic Women’s World Cup triumph in 2025. The season opener will see defending champions Mumbai Indians take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Dr DY Patil Stadium.
Running until February 5, WPL 2026 will be played across Navi Mumbai and Vadodara, with five teams battling it out for a place in the final.

When and Where Will WPL 2026 Be Played?
WPL 2026 will be held from January 9 to February 5. Matches will take place at two venues — DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai and the Baroda Cricket Association Stadium in Vadodara.
