Finally, last Saturday, the long-awaited full unveiling of the new Assassin’s Creed game, successfully happened. Ubisoft Forward was a terrific event. Fans of the Assassins Creed series have got to know a lot of new content to look forward to.
Well the game is set in Baghdad. It revolves around Valhalla’s Basim journey,who from a street orphan into assassin master. The terrific change in his journey is accredited to his master, Rohan. Furthermore, some teasers for smartphone games were also shown. These include codename “Jade”, a game set in ‘Feudal Japan’, codenamed ‘Red’ and codenamed ‘Hexe’. Adding on an announcement was made for a platform connecting all players and game called, “Infinity”.

Assassins Creed Mirage owned the event that day. All credit goes to its wonderful cinematics that were depicted in the first look and the return of most loved character, Basim. The event also aware us of voiceovers. Roshan, Bashim’s mentor voice is given by Emmy winner, Shoreh Aghdashloo. Also players will get to see the wonderful journey of Basim, from being a trivial thief to becoming an Assassin master. Thanks to leaks, we got to know more wonderful feature that can be added to game.
We all are well-aware that the game is now available for pre-order and players can pre-order for AC Mirage. Furthermore, the rating is also announced and a user from ResetEra has noticed bizarre in rating. The game has been rated 18+, thats because of intense violence, blood and gore, sexual themes, partial nudity and real gambling. The real gambling is what has caught users attention.
The real gambling description says, “player can gamble, including betting or wagering real cash or currency”. This is what has caught many players attention, as Assassins Creed game has entail such feature. A lot of players were wondering about the game execution, whether it will be via a mini-game and how other players entry will be committed.
However it is to be noted that SegmentNext has managed to get a statement from Ubisoft about the ratings. A representative stated, “About the rating, it is a mistake, it is still pending, so things should change up in stores soon”. Most of you can encounter that it doesn’t mention anything about the “Real Gambling”. So, yes the curiosity is still maintained about the same.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is currently set to release sometime in 2023.
