Salman Khan returned as the host of Bigg Boss 17 on Sunday. As the presenter put it, the new season’s participants are “way more explosive than a bomb this time” and will have to employ their dil, dimaag, and dum (heart, head, and strength) throughout their time on the program. Isha Malviya and Abhishek Kumar
Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya from Udaariyaan have joined the cast of the program. They form the most contentious Jodi of the season. They met on the sets of Udaariyaan and dated for a while before splitting up. Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya had their first argument on the premiere night while discussing their affection for one other. Salman had to step in when Isha claimed Abhishek had ‘physically attacked’ her. Abhishek refuted her allegations.
Rinku Dhawan
Rinku Dhawan astonished everyone when he entered the Bigg Boss 17 house. She is most recognized for her role in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. She married Kiran Karmarkar, who played her on-screen brother in the Sakshi Tanwar program, after starring in it. Rinku and Kiran divorced in 2017, and Rinku has been parenting her kid as a single mother since then. She was recently seen in Titli, a TV program.
Arun Mashettey
Arun Mashettey, a YouTube gamer, also entered the home. Arun is a prominent content producer from Hyderabad, with over 602k Instagram followers.
Sunny Arya
Sunny Arya, also known as Tehelka Bhai, is a New Delhi native. Tehelka Prank, the famed comedian’s YouTube channel, is well-recognized for his amusing videos. He debuted in the industry in 2019 and quickly rose to prominence. He is frequently seen assisting the disadvantaged.
Khanzaadi
Firoza Khan, also known as Khanzaadi, is an Assamese rapper, singer, and composer. According to her Instagram bio, she has a ‘wild heart and gipsy soul.’ She was previously seen on MTV Hustle 2.0.
Soniya Bansal
Soniya Bansal, an actor and model, brings her A-game to the upcoming season of Bigg Boss. She made her Bollywood debut in the film Game 100 Crore Ka, co-starring Rahul Roy and Shakti Kapoor. While she has yet to make a significant mark in the film business, she has been in multiple music videos for Zed, T-Series, Venus, and others. She also appeared in several Telugu films, including Dubki, Naughty Gang, Shoorveer, Dheera, and Yes Boss.
Jigna Vora
Scoop fame belongs to Hansal Mehta. Jigna Vora, a former journalist, has joined the show. Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison, her novel, was converted into Karishma Tanna’s successful Netflix series. The former reporter also reflected on her experience in prison, saying, “I was reborn after those nine months in jail.” Salman Khan was in agreement with her.
Sana Raees Khan
After former Miss India, actress Manasvi Mamgai stepped out, criminal lawyer Sana Raees Khan allegedly joined the show. Sana is most known for defending Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in an alleged narcotics case. Avin Sahu, Aryan Khan’s buddy, was the first accused to be granted bail. Sana was also Indrani Mukerjea’s counsel in the highly publicised Sheena Bora murder case.
Anurag Dobhal
Anurag Dobhal is a YouTuber and social media influencer. He is known as The UK07 Rider. Originally from Dehradun, he rose to prominence with his pseudonym after joining the business in 2018. He surpassed 2 million followers on YouTube earlier this year, and many consider him to be one of the most prominent Moto vloggers. Anurag is also buddies with former Bigg Boss contestant Elvish Yadav.
Munawar Faruqui
Munawar Faruqui, the season one winner of Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Up, has joined the Bigg Boss house. He is the season’s most powerful contestant. “There’s pressure to not disappoint my fans,” the comic said. When you are new, you are immune from making mistakes; but, if you have already done something and won it, you will not be exempt from making mistakes. “I’m excited to see how my journey in the show unfolds.”
Ankita Lokhande and Vikki Jain
On the show, Ankita Lokhande and her husband-businessman Vikki Jain will display their true selves. The two are likely to speak out about their relationship and background as one of the industry’s ideal couples. They married in 2021 and have been dodging haters since Ankita split from late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and began dating Vikki.
Navid Sole
This season’s foreign contender is Navid Sole. Navid, the ‘sassy’ chemist, comes from the United Kingdom and claims to be of “Italian and Persian origin.” He struggled to talk in Hindi when he entered the house, reminding them of Abdu Rozik. Navid has almost 90,000 Instagram followers.
Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma
Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma will bring romance into the home. Aishwarya Rai, who finished second in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, was reportedly given Bigg Boss first. Neil, her husband, joins her. The house will put their love to the test when they enter together. Neil was presented by Salman as ‘patnivrata (devoted to wife).’

Mannara Chopra
Mannara Chopra is the first confirmed Bigg Boss 17 participant. Barbie Handa is her true name. Mannara Chopra, Priyanka and Parineeti Chopra’s cousin, made her acting debut with Zid. She recently made headlines when the director of Thiragabadara Saami reportedly kissed her violently in public. She made an impressive entrance by dancing with Salman Khan to Priyanka’s famous song Lal Dupatta.
