Meanwhile, a 3.8% drop in Brent crude to $74 per barrel would give support as both indexes aim for 70,000 and 21,000 points, respectively.

At 7:30 a.m., the Gift Nifty futures were practically unchanged at 19,847, compared to the previous closing of the Nifty futures.

The Dow and S&P 500 both dipped 0.19 percent and 0.39 percent overnight, respectively, while the Nasdaq Composite plummeted 0.58 percent. 

Asian equities also fell after trade data from China was released. Japan’s Nikkei fell more than 1%, topping the region in losses. The S&P/ASX 200 in Australia and the Kopsi in South Korea both declined up to 0.3%.

Adani Wilmar:

According to reports, the Adani group and Singapore’s Wilmar International approached various private equity (PE) companies about selling a portion of their share in their consumer-staple joint venture, Adani Wilmar. 

IRCON: 

The government will sell up to 8% of IRCON International through an offer-for-sale that will begin on Thursday. On Thursday, it intends to sell 37.6 million equity shares to non-retail buyers. If the offer is oversubscribed, an extra 4% share will be sold on Friday. 

Paytm: 

Paytm will cut down loan disbursements under Rs 50,000, just weeks after the Reserve Bank of India toughened consumer lending guidelines. This might result in a 50% drop, according to the report. 

Bharti Airtel: 

Warburg Pincus is selling 17.5 million shares in the firm today in a block sale at a floor price of Rs 1,005 per share. According to Bloomberg, the share sale will raise $211 million. 

IDFC First Bank: 

Cloverdell Investment (Warburg Pincus) is said to be selling a 1.3% share in the bank today in a block sale. According to CNBC-TV18, the deal is valued at $100 million, with a floor price of Rs 85.7 per share. 

Dr Reddy’s: 

Coya Therapeutics has signed into an exclusive agreement for the development and commercialization of COYA 302, an experimental combination medication for the treatment of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

Bharat Electronics: 

The Indian Army has awarded BEL orders of Rs 580 crore for AMC of Radars.

RITES: 

Has agreed with the Meghalaya Industrial Development Corporation to construct multi-modal logistics projects in Meghalaya.

Brigade Enterprises

It has inked a collaborative development agreement to build a Grade A office space in Bengaluru’s CBD for Rs 500 crore.

TV18 Broadcast: 

Network18 Media & Investments and TV18 Broadcast have announced a partnership. According to the plan, TV18 and e-Eighteen.com would combine into Network18.

Axiscades Technologies: 

It has bought a 100 percent share in Epcogen, which is situated in Hyderabad. 

Kothari Petrochemicals: 

Cyclone Michaung has briefly halted operations at the company’s facility in Chennai’s Manali Industrial Area.
