Christian Oliver, renowned for his roles in films such as Speed Racer, and his two children were died in an aircraft crash on January 4. The disaster happened at Petit Nevis Island, a private island in the eastern Caribbean near Bequia. According to police in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the jet was its route to St. Lucia.
In addition to the actor, Madita Klepser (10) and Annik Klepser (12) were killed in the collision. Pilot Robert Sachs was also killed in the collision, according to investigators. According to authorities, the reason of the collision was not immediately obvious. Christian Klepser was another name for the actor.

Fishermen and divers from the surrounding region raced to the accident scene to assist as the St. Vincent and Grenadines Coast Guard arrived.
“The selfless and brave acts of the fishermen and divers are very much appreciated,” the police said, according to the Associated Press.

Oliver was born in Germany and has scores of film and television credits to his name. He appeared in Speed Racer, a 2008 sports action comedy, and The Good German, Steven Soderbergh’s 2006 World War II drama starring George Clooney and Cate Blanchett.
Oliver appeared in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. He provided the voice for Harrison Ford in the fifth and final installment of the Indiana Jones film series.
He played a Swiss transfer student called Brian Keller in season two of Saved by the Bell: The New Class in the 1990s. He also appeared in the television series Cobra 11.
