Divya Pahuja, a former model and gangster’s ex-girlfriend, was shot dead at a Gurugram hotel months after being given free in a murder case. Ms Pahuja was arrested on February 7, 2016, in connection with the murder of gangster Sandeep Gadoli in Mumbai.

Divya Pahuja, a resident of Gurugram’s Baldev Nagar, was in the hotel room with Gadoli when he was slain.
According to PTI, police claimed the 27-year-old model was employed as a honey trap to attract Gadoli into the Mumbai hotel, where he was eventually slain in a bogus police encounter.
Ms Pahuja, her mother, and five police officers were detained for allegedly murdering the mobster.
She had been imprisoned for seven years until being granted release by the Bombay High Court in June of last year. On Tuesday night, five individuals reportedly brought Divya Pahuja to a Gurugram hotel and shot her in the head.
