However, the cause for the prohibition has not yet been divulged.

While ‘Fighter’ has not received censorship approval in Gulf nations, the airborne action thriller will be released in Indian theaters on January 25th.

Siddharth Anand directed the film, which stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi.

The film is based on the Balakot airstrike carried out by the Indian Armed Forces in the town of Balakot in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. In response for a terror assault in Jammu and Kashmir, an airstrike was carried out against the purported largest camp of terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed. The terrorist attack claimed the lives of over 40 CRPF men.

Deepika’s third film with Siddharth Anand after 2008’s Bachna Ae Haseeno and 2023’s smash Pathaan. This is Siddharth Anand’s third film with Hrithik Roshan. Their debut film, Bang Bang!, was made for ₹160 crore and grossed ₹340 crore globally. Their second collaboration, War, was created for ₹150 crore. The film, starring Tiger Shroff, grossed ₹471 crore.

Hrithik Roshan plays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, also known as Patty. Deepika Padukone will play Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, also known as Minni. Veteran actor Anil Kapoor plays Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh, often known as Rocky.

Siddharth previously stated regarding the film, “Mamta (Siddharth’s wife) and I founded our film company MARFLIX with #FIGHTER.” This picture is ambitious in more ways than one. It’s more than simply a film to us. And we’ve given it everything to this one. 2024 begins with the same sensation of anxiousness and dread. Here’s hope you folks show FIGHTER the same love you bestowed on PATHAAN. Happy New Year, folks! See you at the movies!! “On January 25th.”
