Jeep India has rolled out a new ownership package called Confidence 7, aimed at making long-term SUV ownership simpler and more predictable for buyers of the Compass and Meridian. The programme bundles warranty, maintenance, roadside assistance and resale assurance into a single plan, with coverage extending up to seven years.
The idea is straightforward: reduce surprises during ownership and give customers better clarity on what their SUV will cost them over time.

What Confidence 7 actually offers
At the core of the programme is an extended warranty paired with a long-term maintenance plan. Together, these are designed to lock in service-related expenses and reduce uncertainty over the years.
Jeep says customers can opt for an annual maintenance contract that brings scheduled service costs down to the equivalent of about ₹38 per day. The plan covers parts and labour for regular servicing, helping owners plan their expenses without worrying about rising costs.
Assured buyback to protect resale value
One of the more eye-catching features of Confidence 7 is the Assured Buyback option. Under this, Jeep guarantees a resale value of up to 60 per cent of the vehicle’s ex-showroom price at the end of the chosen tenure, subject to mileage limits.
The buyback is offered through authorised Jeep dealerships and is meant to shield customers from unpredictable resale values, especially for those who like to upgrade every few years.
Transferable warranty and added convenience
The extended warranty included in the programme is transferable, which could make the vehicle more attractive to second owners and improve resale prospects.
Customers also get seven years of roadside assistance, priority service with express options for select jobs, and Jeep’s ‘Courtesy Edge’ support. If standard, non-accidental repairs take more than two days, owners are eligible for a loaner vehicle or taxi assistance.
As a small add-on, Jeep is also offering a lifestyle merchandise voucher worth ₹2,000 as part of the package.

Pricing and why it matters
The Confidence 7 programme starts at ₹41,926 for the Compass and ₹47,024 for the Meridian.
With this move, Jeep India appears to be doubling down on aftersales confidence in the premium SUV space. By focusing on longer ownership cycles, predictable costs and resale assurance, the brand is trying to make ownership feel less stressful—and more transparent—for its core models.
