Sunny Bhanushali, the owner of Aliens Tattoo, created Virat Kohli’s new tattoo. Bhanushali added that Kohli had come to their workshop a few years ago with photographs of their tattoo art on his phone. He told Bhanushali that he had been following their progress for over two years.
Sunny was very excited to create a tattoo on Virat’s arm. The studio was entirely closed on the day of the tattoo process, and “armed security officers” were dispatched to assure complete safety.
Virat had to split the tattooing process over two sessions due to his tight schedule. Its first session, which lasted six hours, was held at the Mumbai studio, whereas the second, which lasted eight hours, was held at the Bangalore studio. Mr. Bhanushali claims that despite the long hours and physical distress associated with tattooing, Virat never complained or show indications of tiredness.
Due to time constraints, the project was unable to make progress. Virat Kohli visited the tattoo artist last month with a special request. He wanted to cover up an existing tattoo with a fresh one that represented his spiritual views. Kohli was looking for a design that represented the connectivity of all things, the source of creation, and the spiritual world. The new tattoo was meant to represent oneness, the structure of existence, and the source of all things.
