The board has also outlined a clear correction process in case of errors on the hall ticket. If there are mistakes in the student’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, or place of birth, schools must use the “Application Correction” link available on the board’s website.

For changes related to examination subjects or medium of instruction, schools are required to directly approach the concerned Divisional Board. In cases where the photograph on the hall ticket is unclear or incorrect, schools can affix a fresh photograph, which must be signed and attested by the headmaster or principal.
