JioBook weighs 990 grams and runs the company’s JioOS.
Today, Reliance Jio debuted the all-new JioBook laptop in the nation. The laptop has an 11-inch HD screen and is powered by an octa-core CPU. JioBook is billed as the country’s “first learning book,” and it will be available beginning August 5.
The JioBook laptop costs Rs. 16,499 (approx. JioBook may be purchased at Reliance Digital’s online and physical stores, as well as Amazon.in. As previously stated, it will be accessible beginning August 5th.

JioOS
JioBook is powered by the company’s innovative JioOS operating system and includes features such as 4G-LTE and dual-band WiFi connectivity, an intuitive UI, 75+ keyboard shortcuts, trackpad motions, screen extension, wireless printing, and multi-tasking displays. Other features of JioOS include an integrated chatbot, access to educational programming via the Jio TV app, and access to major gaming titles via JioCloudGames.Â
The laptop also has JioBIAN, which provides a’ready coding environment’ for students to study code in languages like C/C++, Java, Python, and Pear.
The JioBook has a beautiful design with a matte finish and an extremely compact body designed. The laptop is 990 grams in weight. It has a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 64GB storage space, which can be expanded up to 256GB using a micro SD card. It has an Infinity keyboard, a huge multi-gesture trackpad, and USB/HDMI connectors.
The laptop’s battery pack has not been shown, although Jio says that it may last up to 8 hours on a single charge. An HD webcam with stereo sound is included with the laptop.
