Elvish Maxtern fight started when digital influencer Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur, commented on Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and Youtuber Elvish Yadav’s meeting with Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui during the charity match at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
The incident took place at a shopping mall in Gurugram’s Sector 53, where Elvish Yadav and his followers beat Sargar Thakur. Sagar Thakur also shared a video of the fight on social media. The incident video went viral on social media, which showed Elvish Yadav and his accomplices beating up Sagar Thakur.
After this, Sagar Thakur filed his FIR against Youtuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav. He said ‘Elvish tried to break his spine and try to make him disabled’. Gurugram police have registered a case under the IPC sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation).
What maxtern complaint against Elvish Yadav states?

Sagar Thakur wrote in his police complaint that Elvish Yadav posed a threat to his life. He further said that he has known Elvish since 2021. Then he claimed that Elvish Yadav’s fan pages had been “spreading hate and propaganda” for the last few months, which distressed him.
In FIR, Sagar Thakur said, “I “as asked for a meeting with Elvish Yadav, but I thought it was all verbal discussion. But he came with his 8–10 people in the store, who were drunk, using abusive language, and started beating me. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine with a phone so that I would become disabled. Total 8–10 people came at 12.30 am on March 8, 2024.
Elvish Yadav, before leaving, warned me to kill me, and I was almost unconscious. I request the police investigate this and take action according to the law of IPC Section 307 and 308. I want my medical examination to be conducted through the police”.
Maxterns’ New Video – Is police threatened of elvish?
Sagar posted a new fresh video on X in which he says Elvish Yadav was brutally attacked and openly made death threats to me even though all the evidence is available on the internet. But when I went to the police station to file an FIR, the SHO lodged it under the bailable sections of IPC 147, 149, 323, and 506. Despite clear evidence of an attempt to murder, no non-bailable charges were included in the FIR.
He asked why murder charges were not included in the FIR. He questioned if the decision was made by the power of “money and support.” gar also asked if the Haryana government is potentially protecting a criminal.
This was all from the Maxtern side, let’s see what Elvish have to say about the same.

A latest twitter post shows how immoral Maxtern language is. It further states that if Maxtern can say these unacceptable slangs and supports the extremists who burnt people alive in Godhra train, why can’t Maxtern threatens to burnt Elvish family. Here is the post depicting the same:
