According to reports, the Noida Police Department in Uttar Pradesh has filed a FIR against prominent motivational speaker Vivek Bindra for allegedly abusing his wife Yanika Bindra.
On December 6, Vivek Bindra married Yanika. However, on December 14, a charge was filed against Bindra at Noida Sector 126 police station, accusing him of beating his wife, according to India Today.

Bindra, the CEO and creator of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, as well as a motivational speaker, was charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), according to the newspaper.
The Noida Police Department is allegedly examining the case and has stated that a full investigation would be done into the accusation.
Yanika’s brother Vaibhav filed the complaint, alleging that Bindra confined his sister in a room, yelled obscenities at her, and subjected her to serious physical assault, resulting in bruises all over her body, according to India Today.
Yanika is allegedly shown showing physicians her injury marks in a video that has gone viral on social media.
“She is also unable to hear properly due to the assault on her ears,” Vaibhav added, adding that Yanika is presently being treated at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital.
Bindra has recently been under fire on social media for an alleged fraud when a video of another prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari, went viral.
Maheshwari recently posted a video on his YouTube channel titled “Unveiling a Major Scam” in which he featured testimonies from students who claimed Bindra’s organization had deceived them. Bindra has denied all allegations.
Meanwhile, Maheshwari has alleged that he was forced to remove the video. On the contrary, the video began to receive more views as people showed their support for Maheshwari and asked him not to remove it.
