JK Tyre debuted a new Off-the-Road (OTR) tyre line at EXCON 2023, the biggest construction equipment show in Bengaluru. The JK Tyre OTR line includes 11 tyres for a variety of vehicles and machines used in a variety of sectors.
JK Tire’s new 18.00-25 40PR Port Champion Plus tire is designed for Reach Stackers (container handling machinery). The tire has a deep tread with a precise pattern and provides great longevity, mileage, and steering ability while in operation.

Tyres appropriate for motor graders (terrain grading machines) such as the 17.5-25 20PR GTL Plus E3/L3 and 13.00-24 16PR GTL Champ G3 have excellent traction and are built for the toughest of terrains. JK Tyre has introduced the Hard Rock Champion 12.00-20 20PR E4 for mining tipper trucks, which is appropriate for tough terrains on mine sites.
JK Tyre also produces India’s largest tyre in the Ultra Large OTR tyre category, the 40.00-57, which is 12 feet in diameter and weighs 3.4 tons. This achievement has won the tire a place in the Limca Book of Records. JK Tyre also debuted OTR tyres for cranes, concrete mixers, forklifts, dump trucks, and backhoes at EXCON 2023.Â
