On the 140th anniversary of the birth of Veer Savarkar, ‘RRR’ star Ram Charan declared the release of The India House, the first film produced under the V Mega Pictures banner, alongside his friend Vikram Reddy of UV Created and Abhishek Agarwal Arts, the production house behind ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘Karthikeya 2’.

Ram Charan released the trailer for ‘The India House,’ named after Veer Savarkar’s London headquarters, and revealed that the film will star Nikhil Siddhartha (whose Netaji Subhas Bose-centric ‘Spy’ is much anticipated) and Anupam Kher, and will be directed by Ram Vamsi Krishna.
‘The India House’ is situated in London during pre-independence. The teaser suggests a film about a love tale unfolding in the midst of political turbulence in the vicinity of India House. It was, by the way, a house for Indian students maintained by Shyamji Krishna Varma, a nationalist lawyer and editor of the ‘Indian Sociologist’.
