Harish Salve, a famous lawyer and former solicitor general of India, remarried. According to sources, Salve, 68, married Trina at a lavish wedding ceremony in London recently attended by Nita Ambani, Lalit Modi, Ujjwala Raut, and others.

He previously married Meenakshi (his first wife) and Caroline Brossard in 2020. Salve and Meenakshi divorced in June 2020 after three decades of marriage. According to rumors, they have two children named Sakshi and Saaniya.

The wedding videos have become popular on social media.

The Supreme Court lawyer was involved in numerous high-profile cases, including the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav by a Pakistani military court on spying accusations. Salve paid only one dollar in legal costs to represent Jadhav, and his generosity garnered him tremendous accolades.

Salve’s clients include the Tata Group, Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries, and the ITC Group. He also testified against Anil Ambani’s Reliance Natural Resources Ltd. in the Krishna Godavari Basin gas dispute.

Salve received one of India’s highest honors, the Padma Bhushan, in 2015. In the same year, Salve took up Salman Khan’s 2002 hit-and-run case, in which he was previously sentenced to five years in prison. Khan was cleared of all counts in the 2002 hit-and-run and drunk-driving case by the Bombay High Court in December 2015.

In 2018, he appeared in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Union government in the Cauvery water dispute.

Salve was appointed Queen’s Counsel for the courts of Wales and England in January after serving as India’s Solicitor General from November 1999 to November 2002.
