iQOO 15 leaks spill all the beans before launch
The iQOO 15 is still a few days away from its official debut in China (October 20), but fans might not have to wait that long to know what’s coming. Popular tipster Digital Chat Station just dropped the full spec sheet on Weibo — and it looks like iQOO’s next big flagship is going all out.
Display: Samsung M14 AMOLED with 144Hz refresh rate
The iQOO 15 is rumored to feature a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LEAD AMOLED 8T LTPO display with a 2K+ resolution (3168×1440 pixels). Expect buttery-smooth visuals with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits of manual brightness.
To make things even better, it could come with anti-reflection coating and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, ensuring both clarity and security.

Power & performance: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 + gaming chip
Under the hood, the iQOO 15 will reportedly pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a Q3 gaming co-processor to boost graphics performance.
The phone is also expected to carry a massive 7,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging — a serious upgrade for long gaming or binge-watching sessions.
Camera setup: triple 50MP sensors for every angle
The iQOO 15 might feature an impressive 50MP main sensor (1/1.56-inch), a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
Selfie lovers get a 32MP front camera, perfect for high-quality portraits and video calls.
Design & extras: built for power users
iQOO seems to be checking all the right boxes here. The leak suggests a large 091640 x-axis linear motor for better haptics, dual symmetrical speakers, and a USB-C Gen 3.2 port.
To keep things cool under pressure, there’s an 8K vapor chamber cooling system, plus IP68/69 water and dust resistance — something you rarely see at this price point. The device will likely run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
iQOO 15 India launch and expected price
If all goes as planned, the iQOO 15 will launch in China on October 20, followed by an India debut around mid to late November 2025.
Pricing is expected to start around ₹60,000, making it slightly more premium than the iQOO 13. Considering the power-packed specs, it could easily become one of the top contenders in the flagship space this year.
