Reliance Jio is shaking things up again — this time with its revamped JioFiber broadband plans that come packed with more speed, free OTT subscriptions, and a 50-day free trial for new users. The update officially kicks in from September 1, 2025, and aims to make high-speed internet “affordable for everyone,” according to the company.
The new plans promise symmetrical speeds — meaning equal download and upload rates — and come in four tiers:
- ₹399 plan – 30 Mbps
- ₹699 plan – 100 Mbps
- ₹999 plan – 150 Mbps + OTT bundle
- ₹1,499 plan – 300 Mbps + OTT bundle
All higher-end plans include access to 11 premium OTT apps, such as Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, Zee5, SonyLIV, Voot, ALTBalaji, and LionsGate Play.
50-Day Free Trial: Try It, Don’t Like It? No Questions Asked
New users activating JioFiber connections from September 1 get a 50-day free trial that includes:
- A 150 Mbps truly unlimited connection
- A 4K set-top box
- Access to top 10 OTT apps for free
- Free voice calling across India
And the best part? If you don’t like it, Jio promises to take it back — “no questions asked.”
Existing users don’t miss out either. Their plans will automatically be upgraded to match the new benefits. Plus, anyone who joined between September 1, 2025 will receive a 50-day trial voucher in the MyJio app.
