Know When You’ll Die With The Help Of This AI Tool, Similar To  ChatGPT Technology

While most people do not seek information on their life expectancy, some are interested in planning. A new AI program, similar to ChatGPT, has appeared online, trying to evaluate users’ lifestyles and forecast their possible time of death. However, before digging deeper into this AI tool, it’s important to note that India Today Tech does not guarantee the accuracy or dependability of its forecasts. The findings should not be regarded as final, and the material should only be used for entertaining purposes.

The New York Post reports on a new AI program that forecasts when a person will die. This new algorithm, termed “life2vec,” was developed by Sune Lehmann, a professor at the Technical University of Denmark, and uses numerous characteristics of a person’s life, such as income, career, domicile, and health history, to estimate life expectancy with around 78% accuracy.

Unlike ChatGPT, which assists with job searches and fashion choices, life2vec takes a different approach. It examines personal life facts to predict outcomes, including death and personalities and decisions such as migrating to another nation.

Between 2008 and 2020, Lehmann’s team did a comprehensive study on 6 million Danish citizens, using life2vec to forecast which individuals would likely survive for at least four years after January 1, 2016. They organized individual life experiences into sequences, comparing them to how words in a language make sentences.

The AI was fed individualized data in a structured way, with distinct codes indicating various life events. A workplace accident, for example, may be designated as S52, although different vocations or medical occurrences have their unique digital tokens.

The accuracy percentage was astounding: life2vec virtually completely identified persons who will die by 2020, with an accuracy rate of more than 75%. The study also identified variables that may contribute to early mortality, such as being male, having mental health concerns, or working in a skilled occupation. Higher-income and leadership responsibilities, on the other hand, were connected with longer lifespans.

Lehmann emphasized that no research participants were told of their expected lifetime, citing ethical concerns. While the technology is not currently available to the general public or companies, Lehmann and his colleagues plan to investigate how this AI may assist individuals in living longer lives by detecting significant aspects without sacrificing privacy.

Although AI may not be used for individual alerts, it might be quite useful in determining which elements lead to lifespan. The team intends to leverage the AI’s discoveries to help society without invading individual privacy, maybe discovering new methods to encourage longer, healthier lives without disclosing personal death forecasts.
