Rapido Cabs will not charge taxi captains (drivers) commission for each job. Cab captains, on the other hand, will have to pay a small subscription fee. The business stated that the membership price might be Rs 500 if the taxi captains make Rs 10,000 with the Rapido app.
“We are very excited to launch Rapido Cabs across India, following the tremendous success of our bike taxi and auto services across the country.” Our new SaaS-based technology transforms the traditional commission structure for drivers, addressing the long-standing issue of commission sharing with aggregators. This innovative solution assures that drivers pay only a small software use cost, signaling a big shift in the sector,” stated Rapido Co-Founder Pavan Guntupalli.
“It also focuses on customers by ensuring the lowest price promise and making our services exceptionally affordable for all,” he went on to say.
Rapido currently offers bike taxis, auto-rickshaws, and cab services in over 100 Indian cities.
