The 2023 Tata Safari is Available In Seven Different Exterior Colours

Tata has officially shown the whole design of their facelifted three-row SUV, the 2023 Tata Safari. It not only has a new design and an upgraded cabin, but it also has a variety of new exterior colour options for its current aesthetic. Its variation list has been revised to match those of the Nexon facelifts, and the Safari facelift will be available in four main variants: Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Accomplished.

Tata has also opened its order books for this redesigned SUV for a nominal fee of Rs 25,000, and if you want to reserve one, here are the colour options.

1. Cosmic Gold

This is the new reveal colour for the Safari makeover, which will most likely be reserved for premium models. It is the only vehicle with a dual-tone white and grey interior. This paint scheme is evocative of the Safari Jet Edition before the makeover.

2. Galactic Sapphire

Tata has revised the main colour of the pre-facelift SUV, which was known as Royale Blue, for the 2023 Safari.

3. Stardust Ash

This new colour replaces the Daytona Grey option available on the pre-facelift Safari.

4. Stellar Frost

It will most likely replace the hue known as Orcus White in the Tata portfolio and will be available starting with the basic model.

5. Oberon Black

This colouring stays intact from the pre-facelift model and serves as the exterior colour for the 2023 Tata Safari Dark Edition.

6. Supernova Copper

With the new Safari in this colour, we witness the reintroduction of copper colours, as well as the distinctive inside motif of tan-brown and black, which is likely only available with the one-below-top Adventure model.

7. Lunar Slate

This is a new colour for the Safari facelift, and it will most likely be confined to the Smart and Pure trim levels.

It should be noted that the Cosmic Gold, Galactic Sapphire, and Stardust Ash are available in dual-tone colours with a blackened roof.

Feature Updates

The cabin of the 2023 Tata Safari has also been redesigned, with a completely new centre console. A 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated front and rear (only in 6-seater) seats, a 10-speaker JBL sound system, multi-colour ambient lighting, dual-zone automatic AC with a touch-control panel, a panoramic sunroof and a gesture-enabled powered tailgate are among the features.

It now has up to seven airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a full suite of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) features, including adaptive cruise control.

Familiar Diesel Engine

The 2023 Tata Safari retains the same 2-litre diesel engine, maybe improved in terms of energy efficiency, that produces 170PS and 350Nm. It’s paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox, the latter of which now includes paddle shifters. The much-anticipated 1.5-litre T-GDI (turbo) petrol engine is not currently available with the new Safari.
