Cyrus Mistry Car Crash Case: Police File Case Against Doctor Who Was Driving

Two months after prominent businessman Cyrus Mistry was killed in an automobile accident, a police report has been made against Dr. Anahita Pandole, the co-passenger and prominent gynecologist in Mumbai who was operating the vehicle at the time of the collision.

On September 5, Cyrus Mistry, a former chairman of Tata Sons and a descendant of the prestigious Shapoorji Pallonji Group, was killed in an automobile accident in Palghar, Maharashtra. Jahangir Pandole, a friend of the businessman, was also killed when the automobile slammed into a traffic divider.

Anahita (55), and her husband Darius (60), were two more passengers in the automobile, both of whom were seriously hurt.

Dr. Anahita Pandole was operating Mr. Mistry’s silver Mercedes, and the businessman was sat in the back when the incident occurred.

According to reports and an investigation, it was determined that Dr. Anahita Pandole’s reckless and irresponsible driving was to blame for the accident, and as a result, a complaint was filed against her, according to police.

After recording Anahita’s husband Darius Pandole’s statement regarding the incident, the police opened an investigation. Late last month, Darius Pandole, who survived the auto accident, was released from a Mumbai hospital.
