    India and France have called for talks to end the violence in Ukraine once more. After a meeting in New Delhi with his French counterpart, Catherine Colonna, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, India’s foreign minister, told reporters: “There should be a restoration to discussion and diplomacy.”
