Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Finally Breaks Cover
The wait is finally over — Royal Enfield has pulled the wraps off the much-anticipated Bullet 650 at EICMA 2025. The legendary nameplate, known for its unmistakable thump and timeless design, has now grown into a more powerful and refined avatar.
Fans have been buzzing about this one ever since Royal Enfield dropped the teaser last week, hinting at a bigger Bullet with a twin-cylinder heart. And from the looks of it, the brand has nailed the balance between nostalgia and modern performance.

A Familiar Design, Just More Muscular
If you’re a Bullet fan, you’ll immediately recognize the silhouette — the round headlamp, metal casing, and teardrop fuel tank are all here. Royal Enfield hasn’t messed with the classic DNA that defines the Bullet.
But look closely and you’ll spot the subtle upgrades. The Bullet 650 features a semi-digital instrument cluster, similar to the one on the Bullet 350. There’s an analogue speedometer paired with a small digital display showing fuel, range, and average speed.
And yes, it’s expected to come with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation through Royal Enfield’s Tripper pod — something modern riders will definitely appreciate.
Built On The 650cc Platform
Under the tank, the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 borrows the tried-and-tested 648cc parallel-twin engine seen on the Classic 650 and Interceptor 650. This engine produces around 47 hp and 52.3 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 6-speed gearbox.
Expect the signature dual exhaust setup too — that deep, throaty exhaust note is going to be music to every RE lover’s ears.
Positioned Below The Classic 650
Interestingly, Royal Enfield is expected to price the Bullet 650 slightly below the Classic 650, making it a more accessible option in the 650cc lineup. That’s smart — the Bullet 650 will likely appeal to riders who want more power than the 350 but prefer the old-school simplicity over premium finishes.

What To Expect Next
With the global unveil now done, the India launch could happen in the coming months — possibly before mid-2026. When it hits the roads, expect the Bullet 650 to become one of the most sought-after mid-size motorcycles in the country, keeping Royal Enfield’s long-standing heritage alive, now with an extra dose of muscle.
